Caught on Tape: Philly Cops Go Nuts

Why was the cop near the end of this taping punching his police dog (how the hell do you justify abusing the dog in the middle of all of this ....I think charges should be filed on that cop for animal abuse too!). This whole scene it horrific and disturbing to say the least. I know it must be rough dealing with killers on the streets and god knows we would like to see all of them get the death penalty for killing other human beings, but get control man. Our criminal system needs to be revamped and our prisons need to be changed to allow for truly getting those people who can be rehabilitated out and those that are too far gone kept in and those that are a danger to society on death row put to death and move on.
